A bridge built by talking

The Congress brings together those who practice, study and operate alternative justice on both sides of the border. Three commitments hold it up.

Objective

To create a binational space for encounter, dialogue, learning and the exchange of experiences between Mexico and the United States in mediation and MASC. To strengthen the professionalization of those who take part in these mechanisms, promote good practices and generate innovative strategies for the prevention and peaceful resolution of conflicts.

Mission

To bring together the experiences and knowledge of both countries in mediation and alternative mechanisms, strengthening the professionalization of their practitioners and building innovative strategies for the prevention and peaceful resolution of conflicts.

Vision

To establish the Binational Congress as a reference space for cooperation between Mexico and the United States in alternative justice: exchange of knowledge, creation of alliances and the strengthening of a culture of peace, dialogue and shared social responsibility.
